All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.

Important Notes

GOSERCE shoes keep an reasonable volume in stock (US). In most case, the boots and heels were made according to the order. If your like shoes we have no stock , we strongly suggest you place your order at least 20~30 days in advance, or contact us to confirm.

1) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

3) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 30 business days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

4) Most of our products are shipped from our local warehouse in the United States, but some products will be in pre-sale status, so the time will be slightly longer. Pre-order products take 30 business days from the time the package is sent to arrive. For pre-sale products, we will explain on the product details page and communicate with you by email, so please read the product details page carefully and fill in the correct email address when placing an order, so that we can contact you.
5)For unnecessary troubles, please make sure your address and phone number are correct when filling in the harvest address, or contact us( in time before the order has tracking number to request a change of address, otherwise the parcel will not be delivered at your expense.

7)Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. A return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason.

Tracking Your Package

We provide tracking information on all orders. You can click on the TRACK ORDER page to enter your order number or your courier tracking number for logistics inquiries. Transit time begins the following business day from the date your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided.If you experience any issues with the carrier that will be delivering your package, please feel free to contact the carrier directly. For further assistance in regards to which carrier is delivering your package,please reference your confirmation shipping email.
