Where's the shoe size?
We encourage every GOSERCE customer to use the GOSERCE size chart to select the correct size before placing an order.

How do I know my shoe size?
If you are are not sure of your shoe size, you can measure your feet with help of a Ruler or Brannock Device. You can choose the corresponding size according to our sizing suggestions.In order to provide a better shopping experience, contact us (support@goserce.com) with no hesitation if you have any size problem.

What if my shoes are not available?
If not, we may provide some similar styles for you to choose from. Of course, you can also directly cancel the order and we will give a refund.

How long will it take to receive my products?
All orders are allotted 1-3 business days for processing,including those with expedited shipping. All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am-6:00 pm PST, with the exception of national holidays where carriers do not pick up packages.Please check theShipping Informationfor more details.

Some styles may be available for pre-order. If an item is back-ordered, the shipping timeframe will be indicated in red lettering on the product’s page.

How could I know the shipping tracking information?
We generally update order information 2-3 days after you place your order. We will send an email to the email address you purchased the product from with the shipping number. If you would like shipping tracking details, please enter your shipping number on the tracking order page.

My package is missing. Can you help me?
If you have not received your delivered order or if your order was lost in transit, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

What should I do if I want to return a product?
If you want to return pro first contact our customer service, please read our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

Will the refund be sent to my new Paypal account if I’ve changed my account?
If the PayPal account with which you paid your order is no longer available, please contact the PayPal customer service to reopen it. And then send an email message to us with your order number for a refund. GOSERCE will return the money to your old PayPal account within 3 business days.

When will my refund be processed?
Upon arrival, please allow our returns team 1-3 business days to process your item. All items returned are thoroughly inspected post-arrival. Please note, refunds may take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect on your given bank statement. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

Will my expedited shipping be refunded after you process my return?
Should you choose to return an item you paid to ship VIA expedited shipping, your shipping charge will NOT be refunded with your return. This charge is paid to our shipping carrier to ensure you receive your item in the allotted time frame selected at checkout.

What payments can I use?
WWe currently accept orders using the following payments: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal.

How will taxes be calculated?
By law, GOSERCE is required to collect sales tax on all applicable orders. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. This is calculated by a third party. All charges will be applied to your order prior to order placement.

Do I have to fill in my apartment number?
If you live in an apartment please be sure to fill in your apartment number so that you can receive your shoes, otherwise we will have difficulty delivering them.

Where is my order?
Check the status of your online order at your convenience by logging into your GOSERCE account.If you don't have an account then you can check the email address you had when you placed your order and we will usually send a copy of the order information to your email address. If you still can't find it, you can contact our customer service department and we'll be happy to help you.

How do I cancel my order?
There is generally a small window of time immediately after your order is placed in that it could be cancelled. To see if your order can be cancelled, contact our customer service department. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return your item for a refund (excluding shipping charge and return postage).
